Before your call: a 5-minute checklist

None of this is required. Having it handy makes the 15 minutes count.

  • What you sellYour main services, and the one or two you want more of.
  • How customers reach you todayCalls, texts, DMs, a form, a booking app, walk-ins.
  • Your busiest questionsThe things people ask before they book, over and over.
  • What you already pay forWebsite host, booking app, CRM such as ServiceTitan, payment processor.
  • Your website and Google profileIf you have them. We’ll look before the call.
  • What a good month looks likeJobs per week, or appointments per day. Rough is fine.

Where customers slip away

Most businesses don’t have a traffic problem. They have a gap between “I’m interested” and “I’m booked.” These are the usual breaks, and what we put in their place.

It’s 9 PM and nobody answers.

They call the next business on the list, and that job is gone.

Questions owners ask us

Straight answers to what comes up on almost every call.

Book a call
How long does a project take?

Most projects take two to four weeks from the first call, depending on how much booking and automation is involved. You get the timeline in writing before anything starts.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Your domain, your content and your site files are yours. If you ever stop the care plan, we hand everything over and help you move it. Your business isn’t trapped here.

Can you work with the booking system or CRM I already use?

Usually, yes. If you already use something like Square, GlossGenius, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or Google Calendar, we can often build around it instead of replacing it. We’ll tell you on the call what fits.

Do I have to use AI?

No. AI is optional. When it makes sense, it handles the repetitive questions and booking requests. When a person needs to step in, it hands off to you.

Can you replace my current agency or website?

Yes, carefully. Before anything changes we map your existing pages, redirects, call tracking, analytics, email and integrations, to protect your rankings and lead flow during the switch.

Do you handle hosting?

Yes. Hosting, security certificates, backups and monitoring are part of the care plan.

What happens after launch?

We keep it online, current and working: small updates, checks on forms, booking and payments, and a simple monthly look at calls and bookings.

Can I keep my domain?

Yes. We connect your new site to the domain you already have, without touching your email.

Why not use Wix, Squarespace or an AI site builder?

Making pages is getting easier, and for some businesses that’s enough. The real work is deciding how a visitor becomes a booked customer: which questions to ask, what to charge up front, how deposits and reminders work, what connects to what, and testing all of it on real phones. That’s what we build.

How much does it cost?

Every project is quoted after the call, based on what the site needs to do, not how many pages it has. You get a written price before any work starts.
