Rocket City Solutions runs this site to explain what we build and to let you book a call. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Website plans

These apply when you buy a website from us online (for example, through a private link we send you). Larger custom projects are covered by the written proposal we sign together instead.

• What you pay. One payment when you order, which covers building your site and your first month. After that, the monthly plan is charged on the same date each month, starting one month after you order.
• Monthly charges. When you order, you authorize us to charge the card you pay with for the monthly plan, starting one month after you order and every month after, until you cancel. You can see your plan and payments, and update your card, on the Billing page of your account, or email hello@rocketcitysolutions.com and we’ll confirm any change by email. If we ever change your monthly price, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
• If a payment doesn’t go through. We email you a secure link to pay (any card works) and try your card again the next day. If it’s still unpaid 48 hours after the first try, your site is paused (visitors see that it’s unavailable and its forms stop) until it’s paid, and it comes back on as soon as it is. If it stays unpaid, we may cancel your plan.
• What the plan covers. Hosting and SSL security, your .com or .net domain renewed each year, uptime checks around the clock, your account for requests and site stats, and two small edits a month (like hours, prices, photos or wording). Bigger changes are quoted first, and nothing extra is charged without your OK.
• Timeline and changes. We’ll have your site ready to go live within 7 days after you finish the setup steps. Two rounds of changes before launch are included. Time spent waiting on things only you can provide, like approvals or a domain confirmation, doesn’t count toward the 7 days.
• Refunds. If you’re not happy, you can ask for a full refund of everything you’ve paid any time before your site goes live, within 30 days of paying. If we’ve already registered your domain, its cost isn’t refundable, but the domain stays yours.
• Your domain. New domains are registered in your name, with you as the owner. The plan covers a standard .com or .net up to $25 a year. You’ll get an email from the registrar asking you to confirm your contact details; please click it within 15 days, or the registry may suspend the domain.
• Canceling. Cancel any time from the Billing page of your account, or by email. No cancellation fees. Your plan stops and your site goes offline right away, and the rest of the month isn’t refunded. You can restart your plan later from the same page. Your domain is yours to keep: we’ll help you move it, or you can renew it yourself.
• Your content. Your business name, logo, photos and wording stay yours. You confirm you have the right to use what you send us, and you let us use it to build and run your site. The site’s design and code run on our platform as part of the plan; if you’d like to take the site with you when you leave, ask us and we’ll quote a handover.
• Email. We send service email about your account and site for as long as you have one. Occasional news and offers can be turned off with the unsubscribe link in each one.
• Fair use. Please don’t use your site for anything illegal, misleading or harmful. We can pause a site that does, after telling you why.

Demos and examples

The demo businesses on this site are made up, and nothing you enter in a demo is sent or stored. Reviews, ratings and results tagged “Example” are samples that show how this site will present customer proof, not statements from real customers.

Content

The text, designs and graphics on this site belong to Rocket City Solutions unless noted. Please don’t copy them for another business’s site.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep sites accurate, fast and online, and we watch them around the clock, but we can’t promise they’ll never go down. Results for any business depend on many things, including its market, pricing and service. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it.

Changes and law

If we update these terms, we’ll change the date at the top and email clients about anything that affects their plan. These terms are governed by the laws of Alabama.
